My birthday falls on a full moon so when I purchased a glowing necklace earlier this year I loved it. The necklace lost its illumination after keeping it for two months and then lost its shine. At the Sydney Show I found support from a special assistance staff member for a bonus offer until an abusive manager cancelled the deal blaming me on-site while overlooking my complaints. You will find both the product quality underwhelming alongside awful customer service support. It’s best to avoid purchasing from this stall at all cost. Don’t spend your money because these products break quickly and the managers ignore their clients. I’ll make sure everyone knows they have to stay away from this business.
