The after sales guy who claims to be called a “corporate” is an arrogant fella who tried to start an unnecessary argument when I stated a fact about the quality of 1 of the products. I never asked for any refund of money, just wanted to let them know about the quality and the guy is so rude and arrogant and has no courtesy.

The install was quick, and the work was good. However, when my microinverters stopped reporting, it took 3 months and multiple tech visits to replace the gateway. The system finally worked and reported properly for 4 days. After several troubleshooting attempts, I got a tech to check it, only to be told the system works on their end but doesn’t show on the app. Turns out, Elevation updated their software, and the system now only connects to a 2.4GHz network. I have a dual-channel network that adjusts to device needs, but the tech said my only options are to buy their device to connect to a satellite or get a 2.4GHz router from my internet provider. It feels like they don’t care if I can monitor my system as long as they’re getting paid. I’m paying $200/month for this system while still getting $300 energy bills in summer. I’m furious and completely stuck.

Never use threadbird I use to work for them and they prices are way to high compared to locals and they tend to rich prints having your product look horrible

Worst company to work for.
They give you big routes (minimum of 190 drops) then complain that you don’t follow the correct steps for the delivery as it makes them less money, if you ask for smaller routes your told no.
They only care about the top achievers.

I recently placed an order from the website OG Beauty, which is promoted by the famous YouTuber Ashish Chanchlani. However, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I was promised delivery within 4-5 days, but after 3 days, my order was suddenly canceled without any prior notice or explanation.

I ordered seeds of 4 plants and potting soil mix. I received only Potting soil mix. I have raised the ticket for missing items. I hope they dont cheat me. Fingers crossed. Their website seems to be genuine but now i hv a doubt whether they con garden enthusiasts.
